20–40% of subscription churn is involuntary: expired cards, insufficient funds, bank declines. Stripe's default tools recover roughly half of it. We recover the rest — in-app card-update prompts, decline-aware retries, expiring-card alerts and human-sounding follow-ups — and you pay a share only of what we prove we recovered.
Three steps. You keep your Stripe setup; we add a recovery layer on top.
You create a read-only restricted Stripe key. We run our audit and send a one-page report: failed renewals, what Stripe recovered, what you lost, and what is realistically recoverable. No obligation.
In-app banner + card-update page, email + SMS sequence timed to the decline code and payday, expiring-card alerts before renewal, and a win-back sequence for customers already lost. Branded as you. Live in a week.
Every month we report recovered invoices by ID against your pre-engagement baseline. Our fee is a percentage of the extra recovered revenue. If we recover nothing extra, you pay nothing.
Move the sliders. Defaults are industry benchmarks; the free audit replaces them with your real numbers.
Benchmarks: involuntary churn 20–40% of churn; Stripe recovery ~25–57%; dedicated dunning 60–80%. Estimates, not guarantees.
Aligned with you: we only make money when you do.
Measured monthly against your audited baseline. 12-month term, cancel after.
For teams that prefer a fixed cost. Same service, no revenue share.
The one-page report with your real numbers. Keep it, use it with any tool you like.
Tell us where to send it. We reply within one business day with the steps to create a read-only Stripe key (takes 2 minutes).
You create a restricted key with read-only access to Invoices, Subscriptions and Customers. It cannot move money, refund or change anything, and you can revoke it in one click. The audit script never writes to Stripe.
Smart Retries only retry. They don't ask the customer for a new card inside your product, don't text them, don't warn before a card expires, and don't win back customers already marked unpaid. That is where the remaining 30–50% of failed revenue sits.
The audit fixes your baseline recovery rate. Each month we list every recovered invoice by Stripe invoice ID. Fee = 25% × (recovered revenue above what your baseline rate would have recovered). You can verify every line in your own dashboard.
About one hour: adding a small snippet for the in-app banner and a webhook endpoint. Email/SMS and retries need nothing from your team.
Stripe first. Paddle, Chargebee and Viva Wallet on request.
